2. Product Information

Graf Timber Inc. may provide information about timber products, availability, specifications, pricing, lead times, and related services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but product availability, pricing, dimensions, colors, wood grain, finish, and specifications may vary. Wood and timber products are natural materials and may have variations in appearance, texture, color, knots, grain, and other characteristics.

Website content is for general informational purposes and does not guarantee product availability, exact appearance, or suitability for a specific project.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided by Graf Timber Inc. is based on the information available at the time it is prepared.

Quotes may be subject to change based on:

  • Product availability
  • Material costs
  • Project requirements
  • Shipping or delivery costs
  • Taxes or fees
  • Changes requested by the customer
  • Errors or omissions in the original request

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are not binding until accepted and confirmed by Graf Timber Inc.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders may require approval, payment, deposit, or written confirmation before processing.

Payment terms, deposits, balances, due dates, and accepted payment methods may be provided separately in an invoice, quote, proposal, or written agreement.

Graf Timber Inc. may refuse, cancel, or delay an order if payment is not received, information is incomplete, materials are unavailable, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

5. Custom or Special Orders

Custom, special-order, cut-to-size, milled, finished, or otherwise modified products may not be cancelable, returnable, or refundable once production, sourcing, preparation, or fulfillment has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, measurements, quantities, finishes, and project details before approving an order.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Shipping, delivery, and pickup options may vary depending on product type, location, order size, and availability.

Delivery dates, shipping timelines, and lead times are estimates only unless specifically guaranteed in writing. Graf Timber Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, labor issues, customer availability, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer upon pickup, delivery, or transfer to a carrier, depending on the order terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, project requirements, measurements, delivery information, and any other details needed to fulfill your request or order.

You are also responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use, project, building code requirements, installation method, environmental conditions, and structural needs.

Graf Timber Inc. does not replace the advice of a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, installer, or other qualified professional.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return, refund, and cancellation eligibility may depend on the product, order status, customization, condition, and timing of the request.

Graf Timber Inc. may refuse returns or refunds for custom orders, used products, damaged products after delivery or pickup, special-order materials, or products that are no longer in original condition.

Any approved return may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, shipping charges, or other applicable costs.
